Jim Thompson is a Partner in the Odgers’ Houston office where he focuses on assignments related to a broad spectrum of the Energy Industry.
His clients are primarily leading B2B Industrial companies in segments including Oil and Gas, Power, Renewables, Cleantech and related Industrial Businesses.
Jim was previously a Managing Partner at Allen Austin Executive Search focusing on Energy, Power and Cleantech in the Houston office. He was also a member of the firm’s CEO and CMO practices.
Prior to that Jim spent more than 25 years as an industry executive with Fortune 500, multi-national, energy, power and renewables companies. Jim’s leadership, consulting skills and extensive relationships are a valuable asset to companies looking to strengthen their leadership teams.
Jim has a BSEE from Texas A&M University.
