Capstone is our advisory program designed to support executives in navigating their path to corporate board service. Recognizing the leadership and network value of board experience, leading organizations can now sponsor their senior executives in pursuing board service as a leadership development, retention, and succession tool.

Our Capstone program can be customized to each clients’ needs and includes five key pillars:

• Board Readiness: We assess executives’ experience and governance competencies to determine readiness for board roles and to inform development opportunities.
• Board Positioning: We help executives define and articulate a clear board narrative, aligning their strengths with market demand and the expectations of nominating and governance committees.
• Opportunity Mapping: We build a market map of high-impact prospective boards, ranging from large public companies to private equity-backed and high-growth organizations.
• Facilitated Networking: We speak with prospective boards on the executive’s behalf, leveraging our relationships and multi-decade board search track record to generate opportunities and assess fit against evolving governance needs.
• Advice and Coaching: We serve as a personal guide, providing individualized counsel as executives explore and evaluate board opportunities. Our focus is ensuring an enduring and impactful board tenure for both the executive and the board they join.
