Pedro Meda is Partner at Odgers Portugal, where he focuses on helping senior clients developing effective leadership and talent strategies.
Before joining Odgers, he founded and led Sonae’s Healthcare Services business unit and was a member of Stemlab’s Executive Committee, a PE-backed biotech company. Pedro started his career at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy, business development and organizational topics, having worked in more than 10 countries across the US, Latin America and Europe.
Pedro holds a degree in Business Administration from Nova SBE and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
