Olaf H. Szangolies

Olaf has been with Odgers at the Frankfurt office since 2015.

He advises companies on the allocation of executives in the Manufacturing Industry, especially in the Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, and Supplier Industry and Technology Sector.

Olaf is part of the global Automotive, Industrial and Technology Practices. He is Head of the German Automotive and Mobility Practice.

Before joining Odgers, he worked as a Director for a major stocklisted international HR consultancy for many years. There, he also recruited executives and specialists in the above mentioned sectors.

Olaf started his career as a lawyer in an international firm in Frankfurt, specializing in the fields of contract and corporate law. He completed his law degrees in Frankfurt and Madrid.
