Oleksiy is a Partner of Odgers Ukraine, responsible for the development of Financial Services, Oil & Gas and Public Sector practices in Ukraine.
He works on Executive and Supervisory Board level search assignments for state owned enterprises, commercial banks, investment companies and private equity funds.
Before joining Odgers, Oleksiy was the head of HR at leading investment bank. He was responsible for forming teams within different functions. Previously, Oleksiy worked for the largest real estate developer in Ukraine as a talent acquisition manager.
Oleksiy has completed the UCGA Board Direction program in corporate governance. He graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a master's degree in International Investment Management.
