Olaf has been with Odgers at the Frankfurt office since 2015.

As a Partner and Shareholder at Odgers Germany and Switzerland, I bring more than ten years of experience in executive search consulting and nearly twenty years in search business. My work is exclusively focused on the manufacturing sector — including the automotive, technology, electronics, mechanical engineering and process industries.

Our team supports companies in succession planning and in filling other key leadership roles that are critical for strategy, transformation, growth and innovation.

My focus lies in bridging bold entrepreneurial thinking, transformative action and technological innovation — such as artificial intelligence, digitalisation and software — with traditional industries and the automotive sector.
