Liudmyla Khoptiana

Liudmyla is a Consultant in HR Consulting Practice at Odgers.

She specialises in Organisational Development and Leaders and teams Assessment, and development. Liudmyla  has a proven track record in conducting salary market research projects for the banking and financial sectors, as well as for agribusiness in Ukraine and abroad. Additionally, Liudmyla develops motivation and reward systems, as well as job grading systems, and she also performs analysis and design of organizational structures.

Prior, she worked in an Executive Search practice for 5 years, conducting search projects across various industries such as Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Public sector. 

Liudmyla has master's degree in HR Management and Labour Economics from Kyiv National Economic University and holds a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has Assessment Centres conducting Certification and is a Certified Thomas PPA Practioner.
