Executive Mentors
Meet the senior executives and industry leaders who participate as mentors, providing first-hand insight into leadership, decision-making, and career progression.
Finalists spend a full day shadowing their CEO mentor in April 2027. This rare, behind-the-scenes view of executive leadership offers an incredible opportunity to accelerate career growth.
Throughout the selection process, participants are encouraged to advocate for their preferred mentor match by outlining which leader best aligns with their interests and goals. Finalists are matched with a CEO mentor based on their school location.
