Applications + Nominations Open September 10Exclusive to Odgers, the CEOx1Day program offers a complimentary opportunity for undergraduate students to gain direct exposure to senior leadership, build their professional networks, and develop skills that support long-term career growth.
Over the past 13 years, more than 250 organizations have participated across North America including Walmart, Lockheed Martin, Mastercard, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Adidas, Bombardier, and Amnesty International. For the 2026-27 program, we’re thrilled to expand our North American reach – adding New York City and Boston to the list of regions including Washington DC, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver.
Designed to mirror a recruitment and leadership assessment process, participants gain practical experience in interviewing and networking, while developing a deeper understanding of executive decision-making and the critical leadership capabilities required to succeed.
