Rebecca Chancy

Rebecca Chancy is a Senior Project Coordinator in the Aerospace, Defense & Security Practice at Odgers.

She partners closely with practice leaders and cross-functional colleagues to support client delivery, team coordination, onboarding, training, event planning, budget oversight, and day-to-day operational execution. During her time at Odgers, she has also supported the Industrial practice, contributing to business development, team structure, and process improvements across practice operations.

Prior to joining Odgers, Rebecca held business development, project coordination, and executive support roles with Raines International, Korn Ferry, and Heidrick & Struggles. Across these positions, she managed executive search logistics, prepared client-ready materials, maintained CRM data integrity, coordinated travel and scheduling, supported senior leaders and candidates, and helped train colleagues on systems and best practices. Her earlier experience at a boutique accounting firm and The Miami Herald built a strong foundation in executive support, operations, events, communications, and relationship management.

Rebecca earned a BA in English from Florida International University, with a minor in Sociology and a Certificate in Film Studies. She also completed internships with the Miami International Film Festival and The Miami Herald. Rebecca is based in Miami/Atlanta and aligned with the Washington DC office.
