In her role as Senior Project & Events Coordinator at Odgers, Iris supports senior executives within the Aerospace, Defense & Security practice.

She plays a key role in coordinating efforts across both the U.S. and Global A&D teams, partnering closely with the Global Practice Head to drive seamless project execution. Iris also leads the planning and delivery of high-impact events, ranging from intimate executive dinners to large-scale client engagements.

Prior to joining Odgers, Iris built a strong foundation in project management, operations, and event execution across technology, real estate, and professional services environments. She has led and supported a wide range of initiatives, including large-scale events, construction and renovation projects, and complex operational workflows, consistently delivering seamless outcomes. Her background also includes extensive event planning experience, from weddings to high-impact programming, along with roles that strengthened her ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Iris holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from SUNY New Paltz. As a military spouse, she brings a unique perspective shaped by years of supporting and working alongside the defense community.
