With over 14 years of experience in executive search and recruitment, Tamaryn has successfully placed board and senior leadership talent across listed corporations, high-growth scale-ups, and startups in global markets. She has built a strong international network spanning Africa, Europe, the UK, and the USA.

Previously, as a director at an international search firm, Tamaryn led executive mandates across industrial, financial services, technology, FMCG, and professional services sectors. She partnered with multinationals, private equity-backed ventures, and emerging businesses to appoint transformative leaders. Her expertise includes building and leading high-performing delivery teams across continents, leveraging strategic talent intelligence, rigorous process discipline, and stakeholder alignment.

Tamaryn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Johannesburg.
