Ralph Göller

Ralph Göller is Senior Advisor in the Frankfurt office and has been in the Executive Search Business for more than 30 years.

As former Head of the German Automotive Practice, his consulting focus is on the automotive, commercial vehicle and supplier industry. Ralph has led innumerable searches in automotive on C-level and second management level. As the head of the Industrial Practice he also supports corporations and medium-sized companies in the manufacturing environment.

Holding a degree in business administration, he has been with Odgers since 1987, previously having worked in sales and marketing at Robert Bosch and an advertising agency for several years.
