Kratin Talwar

Kratin is an Associate in the Odgers London office, specialising in the Media Practice.

He focuses on executive search for Directors, Senior Executives, and C-suite positions, with an additional emphasis on the wider Indian sports and entertainment industry.

Having grown up in India and now based in the UK, Kratin brings a unique perspective across both markets.

Prior to joining Odgers, Kratin worked for a recruitment agency with a focus on the Music, Media, and Sport sectors, where he was responsible for research and candidate delivery across various seniority levels within blue-chip TV, Film, Music, and Sport organisations.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Management from Loughborough University and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter.
