Peter Lawrence

Peter is a Partner and Head of the UK Real Estate Practice, based in London.

Having joined Odgers in 2009, Peter has developed extensive experience leading executive search mandates across the UK and internationally, advising clients through changing market cycles. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in real estate recruitment in the Middle East.

Peter’s practice supports clients across the UK real estate and wider built environment sector, covering the full lifecycle of property assets - from investment, development and asset management through to consulting, advisory, and operational services. He works closely with a broad range of organisations, including listed and private property companies, investment managers, private equity, occupiers and consultants, as well as private estates and private family offices with significant property interests.

A graduate of the University of Exeter, Peter lives on his family’s farm in Hampshire.
