Cora Hui

Cora Hui, PhD is a Senior Consultant in Odgers' Education Practice.

Cora’s expertise lies in end-to-end recruitment, including research, proactive outreach, and candidate assessment to support senior academic and administrative appointments within post-secondary institutions across North America and globally. She builds and sustains strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders by delivering the highest level of client service and supporting hiring committees through all stages of the decision-making process to ensure the most qualified candidate is selected.

Prior to joining Odgers, Cora spent six years at a global executive search firm specializing in senior academic and administrative appointments in higher education and research. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow and adjunct lecturer while completing her monograph.

Cora holds a Hon Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto, Master of Philosophy degree from University of Cambridge, Master of Art’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, as well as a PhD in Behavioural and Social Sciences from the City University of Hong Kong.
