Based in Dallas, Andrew is a Partner in the firm’s Industrials practice.
He specializes in leading executive search and assessment assignments across the chemicals, materials, building products, packaging, and general industrial sectors.
Andrew joined Odgers after spending seven years with another global executive search firm, and his prior leadership experience includes roles with Deloitte and Shell. Andrew began his career as an in the US Army, most recently as an officer with 3d Ranger Battalion. He completed three combat deployments and remains an advocate for military veterans and their families.
He received his BS in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. A former collegiate lacrosse player, he is passionate about coaching and developing the next generation of leaders in his community through youth sports. Andrew lives with his family in Fort Worth, Texas.
