Maciej Bednarczyk

Maciej is the Managing Partner of Odgers Poland. At Odgers, Maciej leads Consumer, Retail , E-Commerce and Life Science sectors.

Maciej’s experience and expertise include Board and Managing Director positions, large business unit management, business and marketing strategy, multi-cultural leadership, regional and international expansion roles, people management and M&A. 

Before Odgers,  Maciej, spent 16 years as Equity Partner at Amrop, where he led the Global Consumer & Retail Practice.

Prior to executive search career Maciej held a variety of senior management and executive positions, inclusive of three board level and CEO roles,  at leading consumer goods and life sciences organizations including TetraPak, Nutricia, US Pharmacia, Diageo and SABMiller.

Maciej has MA degree in Economics from Warsaw University and  MA degree in International Marketing from University of London, UK. He is also certified HOGAN consultant.

His private time is devoted to travelling, biking and woodturning.
