She works on the identification and assessment of leaders and board candidates and contributes to bespoke search solutions grounded in strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of organisations.

Helle holds a Graduate Diploma in Organisation and Leadership, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management.
