Allison Zobrist

Allison Zobrist is a Senior Associate within the Industrial Practice at Odgers.

In this role, she focuses on executive search across the Industrial sector, including consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, energy, transportation, and infrastructure, supporting clients in identifying and engaging top leadership talent.

Allison began her executive recruiting career at Odgers and has advanced through progressively responsible roles, building deep expertise in talent identification, market intelligence, and candidate assessment. She now partners closely on search execution, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to evaluating leadership talent. Prior to joining Odgers, she worked in environmental education.

Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. Outside of her professional work, she contributes to environmental stewardship efforts through volunteer work focused on river and waterway conservation.
