Dung Hoang

Dung Hoang has been with Odgers since 2004 and recently jointed 2-Steps-A-Head, a brand of Odgers Berndtson Unternehmensberatung GmbH, as a member of the Manufacturing and Automotive Practice based in Munich.

She fills management and expert positions for leading industrial companies, renowned automotive manufacturers and suppliers, electronics and automation producers, capital equipment providers, construction and building materials firms, as well as for clients in the chemical and process industries.

After completing her studies in Business Administration she worked in marketing and public relations in the USA for the Major League Soccer club Miami Fusion. She discovered her passion for human resources consulting at an international consulting firm, where she worked with great success as a project manager in Executive Search and Management Assessment for four years.
