Mike leads the Global Technology & IT Services Practice based in London.

During a 25-year career in executive search, Mike has supported many of the fastest-growing technology companies, at various stages of their growth journey. This includes securing winning leadership teams, either from the ground up or during times of necessary business change, when new leadership and fresh ideas were required to address evolving market challenges. 

Prior to Odgers, Mike spent 12 years building two search firms in London and Sydney, the latter growing to 60 employees, before exiting to an MBO and returning to the UK.

Mike is the Chair of Rebus, Odgers’ diversity programme for the technology industry. He is also the Founder of the Scale Up Collective, a group of Partners within the firm who work closely with investor-led businesses.

Mike holds a bachelor of Law (LL.b) and is qualified in Psychometric Assessment from the British Psychological Society.
