Betsy Roach is a Principal in Odgers Washington, D.C. office.

Betsy is a member of the U.S. Public Impact Practice, where she specializes in executive search for multilateral institutions, international financial institutions, and mission-driven organizations across international development, sustainable finance, communications, and education.

She brings more than 15 years of global talent management experience and is recognized for identifying leaders with transferable skills and diverse perspectives to address complex organizational challenges. Betsy has a particular strength in placing pioneering and hard-to-fill senior roles and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion at the executive level.

Prior to joining Odgers, Betsy founded and led an executive search consultancy serving multilateral and international financial institutions. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in international business development, driving global market expansion across the media, sports, and consumer sectors.

Betsy is fluent in Spanish and brings deep cross-cultural expertise informed by living and working in Colombia, the Netherlands, and Hungary. A Fulbright Scholar, she holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Global MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
