Troels specialises in executive search, board recruitment and board evaluation. For more than 15 years, Troels has had a major share in the growth and development of the organisation and management of Odgers Denmark and Pointer Search A /S. In addition, he participates in the work of the international development of the Odgers Group, which counts more than 50 offices worldwide.
Prior to Odgers, Troels was Partner in another global executive search firm and has later on in his career held management positions at S. Dyrup & Co. A/S, Monberg & Thorsen A/S and Dansk Supermarked A/S. From previous experience, Troels has been Senior Management Consultant at PA Consulting Group and T. Bak Jensen A/S.
Troels is a trained A-Officer and subsequently engineering officer at The Danish Military Academy.
Troels has been with Odgers since 2001.
