Stephen Fredericksz

Stephen is a Principal with Odgers Sub-Saharan Africa.

His primary focus is on the Education, Industrial and Retail & Consumer sectors. Stephen has worked in the executive search and leadership consulting industry for over a decade. Prior to joining Odgers, Stephen worked with another international advisory firm, undertaking both executive search and leadership consulting assignments across Sub-Saharan Africa. Before relocating back to South Africa in 2011, Stephen started his career with a leading executive search and assessment boutique in London, where he worked on international Board and C-Suite assignments.

Stephen holds a bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) from the University of Cape Town and a Postgraduate Management Diploma in Marketing & Advertising Communication from the Red & Yellow School of Advertising in Cape Town.
