Steffan Griffiths

Steffan is a Consultant within the Odgers Wales Practice, spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. 

A fluent Welsh speaker living in Cardiff, he joined Odgers in 2014 and has delivered assignments at both executive and non-executive level across most industries, including financial services, education, government, life sciences, manufacturing and sport.

Passionate about all things Wales, he brings experience of searching in the UK and internationally and appointing individuals into Welsh organisations with diverse ownership structures ranging from governments through to PE/VC backed.
