Filipa Castro

Filipa Ferreira is an Independent Senior Advisor with over 15 years of experience in talent, leadership and organisational development.

Filipa has held HR leadership roles across start-up, scale-up, and corporate settings in Retail, Banking, Technology, and Healthcare, partnering with executive teams on strategic people initiatives.

She designs and delivers programmes in leadership, culture, employee experience and career design. Filipa lectures at Porto Business School and the University of Porto, and holds a degree in Psychology, a master’s in Lifelong Development and an Executive MBA. She completed executive education at LBS and LSE and is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i and EQ360).
