Alexandra McKinney

She has a keen eye for identifying talent and plays a key role in the executive recruitment process in a wide array of industries. She is notably responsible for sourcing candidates, developing candidate pools, and supporting client relationships. 
  
Prior to joining Odgers Canada, Alexandra worked for an international management consulting firm as a Senior Research Analyst. In this role she provided candidate research and analysis, led market mapping projects, established search strategies, and developed candidate pipelines while supporting search execution. 

Alexandra graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario and completed a minor in art history at Radboud University in the Netherlands. She is passionate about literacy and has lived in Italy and the Netherlands teaching English as a second language.
