Joanalyn Simbajon

In this capacity, she collaborates closely with the internal team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of executive interim and professional search assignments. Drawing on her expertise in project coordination and administration, Joanalyn prides herself on providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates. 

Before joining Odgers, Joanalyn built a career with an integrated talent solutions provider in Toronto. Most recently, as Team Lead, she guided team members in managing the recruitment process, conducted audit reviews, and supported complex client requirements. Prior to this, Joanalyn spent five years was as a Talent Administrator and Coordinator, where she gained experience in the full recruitment cycle.  

Joanalyn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from York University. She is based in Toronto.
