Tomasz Magda

Tomasz is a Partner of Odgers Poland.

At Odgers Tomasz runs the non-executive board practice in Warsaw. He focuses primarily on non- executive and executive board appointments for listed and privately held organizations. He served on a variety of local and international supervisory and advisory boards, is a senior advisor to NED initiatives aimed on increasing non-exec boards’ diversity and professionalism in Poland, and frequently speaks on NED topics at conferences and events. 

Prior to Odgers, Tomasz was a founding partner of Amrop Group in Poland.  He was elected to Group’s global board for 3 tenures, served at and chaired its global nominations & governance committee.

Tomasz graduated from Columbia University’s Columbia College and attended the “Trusted Advisor” executive education programs at IMD. He lived in New York City for 14 years prior to returning to his native Poland in 1994.  He is bilingual in Polish and English and an avid student of Turkish.

In his personal time, Tomasz enjoys history and relaxed bicycling.
