Gurmantar Kaur

Gurmantar brings over four years of experience in leadership hiring, consulting, and strategic research.

Prior to joining Odgers, she served as a consultant specialising in executive search for the Global Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Consumer sectors. She also previously contributed to business development initiatives for the leadership team. Gurmantar began her career at a leading executive search firm as an Associate Researcher, supporting searches and market intelligence projects. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, cooking, and food blogging. Gurmantar is also a trained classical musician and an avid performer of Bhangra and Gidda.

She holds a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Amity University, a Diploma in Organisational Analysis from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University. Her Master’s thesis focused on organisational psychology, and she authored a paper titled “Gamification: Motivation Psychology and the Art of Engagement.”
