Andréanne Gendron

Andréanne Gagnon is a Consultant within the national Search Delivery team at Odgers.

Based in Ottawa, she is actively engaged in executive recruitment engagements, developing talent pools, qualifying candidates, and nurturing client relationships across various industries.

Before her tenure at Odgers, Andréanne worked as a Senior Consultant Workforce Planner at CGI, recognised as one of the world’s largest independent IT and business consulting services firms. Before that, she was instrumental in national recruitment for Suncor, a leading company in the integrated energy sector. Her responsibilities encompassed optimizing recruitment processes and recruiting different positions throughout Canada.

A bilingual professional, Andréanne is fluent in both English and French. She is a graduate of York University, where she completed a Bilingual International Bachelor of Arts (iBA) in Business Economics.
