Diana Rucchin

Serving as a Consultant with Odgers, Diana Rucchin supports the executive search process with a particular focus in the Municipal sector.

She works on the early stages of a search: setting search strategies; conducting original research to identify potential candidates and networking contacts; initiating contact with candidates and sources; assessing and determining candidates' degree of alignment; and communicating job opportunities in a compelling and clear manner.

Previous to Odgers, Diana worked for an executive boutique search firm as a Research Consultant. She focused on various sectors, inclusive of: Health, Municipal, Academics, Non-Profit, Technology, and Consulting.

Diana is a graduate of Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario, holding an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and majoring in Human Resources. A Certified Executive Research Consultant, Diana has successfully completed the requirements of the Certificate in Executive Research program through the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).
