Rose Vandeleur

Rose is a Principal within the Industrial Practice at Odgers' London office.

Rose is a Consultant in Odgers’ Global Aerospace & Defence Practice. She has returned to London after an 18 month secondment to the US, based out of Washington D.C. where she led searches in the Space sector, within our US Aerospace, Defence & National Security Practice. Rose is now building the Odgers UK Space Practice.

Before the US, Rose was working with Odgers UK as an Associate in the Aerospace & Defence Practice partnering with clients to attract and appoint their critical leadership talent in general, commercial and operational management.

Rose graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Modern Languages. She speaks French.
