Peter W. Schineller

Mr. Schineller is a Partner and Head of the U.S. Life Science Practice.

Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Schineller spent 25+ years in Life Science operating roles with a focus spanning the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Diagnostic and Medical Device sectors.

Mr. Schineller has held key leadership positions in virtually all the functional areas found in commercial Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Diagnostic and Medical Device organizations. This experience affords him the unique ability to understand all that is required to lead a high-performing organization. He also has significant commercial launch experience, having managed the pre and post-launch of more than 7 newly approved products. Additionally, he has been responsible for the creation of numerous sales and marketing organizations. He has broad experience operating in large-cap through early-stage organizations to include the co-founding of a start-up that raised more than $150M in venture funding.  As a result of this experience, he truly understands the dynamics associated with being a member of a Life Science-focused leadership team and the importance of identifying high-quality talent.

Peter is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a dual major in Political Science and History. He is also a former Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he attained the rank of Captain.
