Mark Braithwaite

Mark Braithwaite is the Chairman of Odgers in Asia Pacific.

Mark has been a search professional for more than 25 years, with his current focus on growing the Odgers team across the APAC region through our offices in Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, and Southeast Asia. He is also a member of the Odgers Global Advisory Board.

Over the last 20 years, Mark has specialised in working with technology sector companies as they navigate change and growth. His search work has focused on country and regional leadership teams, including Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and a full range of functional roles. He has worked across the APAC region since 2000. Before his career in search, Mark was the Managing Director of a venture-backed technology company, and before this, he was an engineer in the Aerospace and Telecommunications industries. He is based in Australia.
