Jiří Vodička

Jiří is a founding Partner at the Odgers Prague office.

Since October 2015, Jiří has been the Founding Partner of the Odgers office in Prague. He specialises in Private Equity, Defence, Industrial, and Financial Services sectors. Leveraging his extensive managerial background, he focuses on C-level executive roles.

Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Strategy and Marketing at Fio Banka and RM-SYSTEM, the Czech stock exchange. He also held the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board at ČD Cargo, a leading freight rail operator. Jiří earned his degree from the Czech Technical University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Management from the same institution.
