Flemming Riber

Flemming Riber is a partner at Odgers’ Copenhagen office, where he specialises in executive search within the areas of Industry, Transport & Logistics, Services, and Digital Services.

Flemming Riber is a partner at Odgers' office in Copenhagen, where he works with Executive Search within the areas of Industry, Transport and Logistics, as well as Services and Digital Solutions.

Flemming has a background as Managing Partner in Executive Search for over 20 years, with a focus on Industry and Services. He also brings leadership experience from international industrial companies in the metal and chemical sectors, including Hempel and Boliden.

Flemming advises and evaluates both boards and executive management. He has gained a broad cultural understanding from international assignments, as well as through several active board roles. Most recently, he has been involved in the operations and development of the Danish lifestyle brand LIEWOOD.

Flemming holds an MBA, supplemented with courses from Harvard Business School, and is certified in various test and assessment systems. Additionally, he serves as an external instructor for board education.
