Ilky Zhou

Ilky Zhou is an Associate at Odgers Greater China.

He has worked in the executive search industry for over 14 years and is experienced in independently conducting and managing search assignments.

Prior to joining Odgers, he was a consultant with another search firm, where he had a strong track record of mid to senior-level placements in the Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Real Estate, and Healthcare industries. From a functional perspective, he has covered General Management, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources and Finance.

Ilky obtained his BA (Business Administration) degree from Shanghai Normal University.
