Before joining Odgers in 2025, Aleksandra built over 15 years of experience across the recruitment industry, combining executive search, in-house talent acquisition, and freelance consulting. Her professional background includes working for Philips as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Consultant, as well as nearly nine years at a leading executive search firm, where she advanced to the role of Senior Consultant. In recent years, she has successfully completed numerous high-impact recruitment projects as a Freelance Recruiter, particularly in the technology and professional services sectors.

Aleksandra is recognized for her strategic approach to sourcing and her consistent focus on delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. Her collaborative mindset and deep market understanding make her a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw.
