Muskan Grover

Muskan has more than four years’ experience in executive search, leadership talent acquisition, and strategic consulting.

She joined Odgers in August 2025 as a Researcher, based in the Gurgaon office. Previously, she worked at a leading global executive search firm headquartered in India.

In that role, she specialised in senior leadership mandates and supported business development across global technology services, including IT services, digital engineering, and business process outsourcing, as well as enterprise SaaS, consumer tech, and the global capability centres (GCCs) of multinational corporations. Her work covered both the Indian and US markets.

She has also conducted targeted research to deliver data-backed insights and reports on emerging market and talent trends for both existing and new clients.

Muskan holds a B.Com (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. Outside work, she continues to pursue her passion as a professionally trained Kathak dancer.
