Dave Nazareth

Dave Nazareth is a key member of Odgers’ Education Practice, based in Toronto.

With over a decade of experience in the education sector, he has been instrumental in managing hundreds of executive-level searches across various functions and institutions, adeptly handling the numerous details and complexities involved in the search process.

Before his tenure at Odgers, Dave spent four years as a project coordinator at a boutique search firm, where he served clients in the public and not-for-profit sectors. His exceptional organisational ability, superior level of commitment, and strong customer-service orientation have been invaluable to the Education Practice, its clients, and candidates. Dave ensures that projects run smoothly and that clients, candidates, and the project team receive effective solutions, resources, and support throughout each engagement.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University.
