Kevin McKeon

He is also a member of the firm’s FinTech and Board practices. With nearly 30 years of experience, Kevin specializes in executive search for the investment management and fintech industries.

Previously, Kevin worked within the asset management practices at global executive search firms. He also served as Chief of Staff for Fidelity Institutional Asset Management for six years, where he oversaw talent, strategic planning, and compensation. Kevin recruits senior leadership—including CEOs, CIOs, and CDOs—across traditional asset managers, wealth firms, and alternative platforms. He also advises WealthTech and InsureTech clients on strategic talent needs.

Kevin currently chairs the advisory board of the Berkshire Partners Blue Hill Club (Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston) and JogYourMemory5k, an Alzheimer’s research non-profit. A frequent industry speaker on talent strategy and compensation trends, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bio-Psychology from Boston College.
