How to Apply
Phase 1: Applying for CEOx1Day (Application Form)
Eligible* students must complete and submit an online application, which will be reviewed by executive search experts at Odgers.
The application form will ask you for:
- Background information
- Questions highlighting your thoughts on leadership
Evaluation: Applications will be evaluated on the breadth of relevant work, studying scores, volunteer or extra-curricular experience, and the quality of your written answers.
Applications Open: Friday 1st November 2024
Deadline: Students apply via the website by 12th December 2024 at 12:00 CET.
Application time: approx. 1 hour

*Eligibility: The programme is open to studying for a 3rd, 4th, and 5th degree. Applicants must be available to come to Prague, Czech Republic, in January 2025 for the final assessment stage.
Phase 2: Online Leadership Assessment
Students who successfully complete stage 1 will be asked to take an online Hogan assessment that profiles their skills, competencies, and leadership potential.
Evaluation: Hogan has developed a custom leadership assessment for CEOx1Day applicants, identifying confident and ambitious individuals who handle stress effectively, are politically doable and are astute, and deep value learning and developing new skills.
Online assessments will take place in January 2025.
Assessment time: 30-45 minutes
Phase 3: Career Development Day
Semi-finalists will be invited to a half-day assessment and interview session with Odgers in Prague, mirroring a real-life search process. The session will include a one-on-one interview, a group activity and discussion, and the opportunity to network with Odgers's executive search experts.
Evaluation Criteria for Phase 3: Semi-finalists will be assessed on their ability to think on their feet and work in a group, reflecting how they will perform when paired with a CEO. The evaluation will consider each applicant's performance in activities like case studies, presentations, and in-person interviews.
Timing for Phase 3: 28th January 2025
