Jan is a Managing Partner of the Odgers Prague Office.
He specialises in leadership roles across various industries, including Automotive, Financial Services, and Consumer.
Prior to joining Odgers, he led an executive search firm in Prague. He has previous experience in senior management roles, including as CEO, at companies such as Mondelez, Chocolate / COPART (Danone, Nestle), Levi Strauss, and Essity. Jan holds a degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Prague, and his other qualifications include an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University.
