Hari brings more than 30 years of experience spanning financial services, management consulting, and technology-enabled businesses. Prior to joining Odgers, he served as a Principal at ISS Market Intelligence, where he was a trusted advisor to senior executives, delivering market intelligence and strategic insight to inform leadership, growth, and organizational decisions. He has also held advisory roles at Deloitte Consulting and SS&C.

Earlier in his career, he worked at several technology startups, gaining broad operating experience across business development, human capital, and recruiting functions. This combination of advisory and operating experience enables him to assess leadership talent through both a strategic and practical lens, particularly in complex, evolving markets.

Hari regularly speaks at select industry forums where he shares perspectives on executive talent strategy, leadership assessment, workforce diversity, and compensation trends.

Hari earned a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University, as well as a diploma in theater from Drama Studio London.​
