Amir Baddour

Amir Baddour has 11 years consulting, executive search and business experience in the Middle East.

Amir leads client engagements across the Middle East, developing senior‑level relationships and advising organisations on complex leadership and talent mandates. He oversees the design and delivery of leadership advisory projects, partnering closely with boards, CEOs and executive teams to drive impactful people and organisational outcomes.

Prior to Odgers, Amir worked across Leadership Consulting, Executive Search and Recruitment within both the private and public sectors, including major Investment Funds and Royal Commissions in the region. He previously established a Leadership Consulting division and delivered programs across the Construction, Aviation, Banking and Pharmaceutical industries. Amir has also successfully placed C‑Suite executives across Healthcare, Ground Handling, Aviation, Real Estate Development, Retail, Manufacturing and Tourism.

He is a certified and registered Occupational Test User: Ability and Personality in the British Psychological Society. He holds an MSc and Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Psychology.
