Renata Sieczka

At Odgers Renata is responsible delivering board and C-level recruitment assignments for both family-owned businesses and publicly listed companies, searching for top managers in finance, sales, operations and HR roles.

Before joining Odgers, Renata has built her 20 years’ experience in executive search with both boutique Polish firms and international executive search networks, supporting clients in building top-level leadership teams across a variety of sectors. 

In addition to her executive search career, she gained valuable in-house experience working in the HR department of an American beauty company. This time outside of consulting gave her deeper insight into the internal dynamics of corporate HR and the expectations placed on leadership hires.

Renata holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Finance for Managers at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
