Josée Baril

Josée Baril is a Project Coordinator at Odgers Berndtson, where she coordinates executive search activities across the private, public, and not for profit sectors.

Based in Montréal, Josée ensures the smooth progression of search processes, collaborating closely with clients, candidates and internal teams. Eager to exceed customers' expectations, Josée leverages her administrative skills and excellent organisational abilities to ensure the success of each project.

Before joining Odgers, Josée served as a project coordinator at an engineering firm, supporting the leadership team and managing special projects. Prior to that, she spent 13 years as an independent executive assistant, working closely with business leaders to provide effective management solutions. This experience allowed her to gain valuable expertise in administration and customer service.

Bilingual in both official languages, Josée holds a certificate in Arts Management from Bishop’s University.
