Lianne Downey

Lianne Downey is an Assessment Delivery Specialist in Odgers’ Canadian Leadership Advisory Practice.

As the primary liaison for the Practice’s assessment services, she plays a pivotal role in aligning our team of assessors with client objectives and priorities, responsible for managing the full cycle of leadership assessments and ensuring the high-quality delivery of solutions. In addition, she is actively involved in enhancing processes, contributing to the Practice’s business scalability and growth.

Lianne embarked on her professional journey with Odgers in 2021, serving as a Project Coordinator in Calgary. In this role, she was integral to the delivery of Executive Search projects across various industries. Prior to Odgers, she was a Research Assistant at Elmin8Hate, the advocacy arm of the Vancouver Asian Film Festival.

Lianne’s proficiency in administration and project coordination is complemented by a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of British Columbia.
